We had our family Christmas pics done and I was not impressed at how they turned out!!  (so diappointing!)  Neither of my boys were feeling all that well (but I look great in all of them haha!)...and we thought of taking new ones, but we just don't have any free time before we leave for CA!  But..never fear, our Christmas cards will still be super cute!

California.....part of me is excited to be going home because I miss my family terribly!!  Nick (my brother) will be home and my sister Mia is due anytime now =)  But a part of me hates going home!  For one, it is NEVER a vacation!  So much to do in such little time!  And I'm kinda bummed Nick will not be having his 1st Christmas be a white one ...oh well!  He can play in the snow when we return =)

On a happier note..

I just can't WAIT for Nick's 1st birthday!!!  Its hard to believe how fast that is approaching..but I am having the BEST time planning it!!!  No I am not one of those mothers who is going OVERBOARD with it....he's only turning ONE!  But with the theme I have chosen I just can't WAIT!!  (I'm just hoping my creativity will turn out as cute as the idea hahaha)  Everyone will find out soon enough what I'm doing =)

Busy..busy..busy!!

Well I WAS doing better at blogging....but I feel like we have been sooo busy lately that I just can't find the time! :/

This past weekend was a BLAST!  Nick went to his 1st Thanksgiving parade!  His cousins Anthony and Cece joined us and they always have soo much fun together!  Sometimes I forget Nick is so young because he LOVES to wrestle with Anthony (who is 5) and it is the CUTEST thing ever!  I should have gotten a video!

Then I had a much needed girls day out!!  We went and saw the 4th Twilight movie (Breaking Dawn part 1) and it was alright...I had kinda expected more and it just wasn't there!!  It was by no means a bad movie, but I feel like there is sooo much to cover still that the second part just won't do the book justice :(  So a little less than a year (by 2 days to be exact) from when part 1 came out until we can see part 2!!  It has been tradition every year to go with my girls and next year will not be any different!!  I have to say, I have such a good group of friends, family, husband and son that I am truly the luckiest girl!!! =)

Nick's FIRST Halloween....

was a BLAST!!!!  We went trick or treating with his cousins and LOVED every minute of it!!  He may not have come across any tricks...but he sure got alot of treats lol  Every house we stopped at said he was the cutest thing they have ever seen.....I must agree!  (I even got a few offers to buy his costume..lol...I declined of course...this costume was a HIT)

I have to say....it was weird to see some SNOW on the ground while trick or treating.....we still have yet to get any where we live (knock on wood!) but Kris' dad got a little bit.....there wasn't alot but it was still weird to see any at all lol

40 Weeks TODAY!....

He was 40 weeks in......(to the day!)

I have loved this boy since the moment I knew I was carrying him inside me.....and each day my love for him just grows and grows!!!  Its hard to believe he has ONLY been in my life for 80 weeks!!!  I can't...and hope to NEVER...imagine my life without him!!!  Thanks for making me your Mommy my sweet boy!!

We have been sooooo busy that we almost forgot to carve the pumpkin :/  (and how could we forget after going to THREE pumpkin patches lol)  So the night before Halloween we hurried and did it lol
