Back to Tummy....

So my little munchkin has been able to roll from his tummy to his back for a while now.....but recently he has learned to roll from back to tummy...and he has been rolling ALL over the place since! =)  Next on his agenda....CRAWLING!  I have already started to baby proof as he is REALLY trying!  He gets so frustrated that he just yells when he doesn't move the way he wants! (but he has moved forward a little bit!)

Oh, and his new thing now is he loves to sit and keeps trying to sit up on his own.....this little guy is going to have the best ABS soon!  haha

Nick amazes me more and more each day and I am having the BEST time watching him grow up....and too quickly I might add!!!  =)

3 Month Pics....

So we just got back Nick's 3 month pics!!!  I LOVE them!  He was not in a very good mood that morning, but they still came out cute as ever!!  Here are my two favorites!!

There is NOTHING I love more......

Than being this little guys MOM!!!

Someone told me that being a Mom was definitely my calling in life!  That was the GREATEST compliment I think I could have ever received!  I absolutely LOVE spending every second with this boy!  I don't know how Moms can just pawn their children off on the weekends...its sad!!!  They should not have had kids if they weren't ready to be responsible!  Becoming a Mom doesn't mean that you HAVE to give up going out....its that you WANT to be home with your kids on Friday and Saturday nights and every other night!  So thank you Nick for making me your Mommy!!  I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than home with my boys! =)

Mother's Day Cont....

I am sooooo LUCKY to have this amazing woman as my Mom!!!  She has always been there for me when I have needed her!  She is one of my bestest friends and this year I was excited to give her one of the greatest gifts I could give her.....I made her a GRANDMA!!!  And for those of you that know her, know how loooong she has been waiting for that to happen! haha  It was nice for her to be with me for his birth!  I am glad that my Nick has her for a Grandma, I am just sad that she is sooooo far away =(

The day before Mothers Day, my mother-in-law decided we needed to have a girls day (her treat)!!  So we left the baby with the boys and headed out for a fun-filled day!  We had our hair done, went shopping, and had a very nice dinner!!  I am lucky that I have such an amazing MIL that I can go do these things with!  It was the longest I had ever been away from Nick....... but thanks to technology, I was able to receive picture updates! :)  The next day we had dinner at her house along with her parents and it was a blast!  Nick is lucky to have so many people in his life that LOVE him!  All in all, Mothers Day was GREAT!!  I can't wait for many many more with my boy!

Happy 2nd Anniversary!!

Today is our SECOND Anniversary!!!  I could not ask for a better husband, best friend, and father!  He amazes me more and more each day!  I am soooooooo LUCKY to have Kris in my life =)  I can't wait to celebrate many, many more with this man!!!  I LOVE HIM!!!  <3

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Today was my FIRST Mommy's Day!!!  I woke up to my two favorite boys and a few cards (which Kris had Nick sign one of them.....sooo cute!!) and some gifts!!  My favorite was the mother's necklace I got from my little guy!!!  I truly am blessed to be his Mommy!!!  There is nothing better than his smiling face!  Thank you Nicholas for making me your Mommy!

I am LOVING every minute with this little boy!!  He changes so much EVERYDAY!  He has really started to show interest in his toys...it is sooooo cute!  He does not stop "talking" and is LOUD!  Kris and I laugh because sometimes its like he is yelling at us! haha  He is drooling like a crazy man and loves nothing more than trying to shove his ENTIRE fist in his mouth!!  He is DEFINITELY a mommys boy =)  He is so much fun and I am glad I get to spend all day with this little guy!

Nicholas' 1st Easter!

The Easter bunny was VERY good to our little Nicholas this year!! He got a ton of clothes, books with matching stuffed animals for his bookcase, toys and more!!  I figured since he was too young to know what was going on, I might as well get some stuff he needed and do baskets, candy, and egg hunting next year! =)
