Well, just when I thought we were going to get out of the 8th percentile.....Nick got sick =(  We went to the Dr and he is now 4th percentile.  So if you are wandering why he didn't gain much weight, thats why!  My poor little boy!  He started feeling much better today and has kept everything down so far =)  We go back on Wed for his 6 month well visit.....so hopefully he will  gain some weight!!  lol   I swear, at this rate he will NEVER get out of 3 month clothing.

Where oh where does the time go!!!!????!!!!  I can't believe my little boy is ALREADY 6 months!!!  We are having the best time with him!  Life could not be better =)

As you can see...Nick LOVES to be sitting up!  It is so cute to see him playing with all of his toys =)  He loves his crib.  He hugs and cuddles with his stuffed animals (don't worry, I do not let him really fall asleep with them) and he just LOVES to eat like a big boy!!  He took right to the spoon (a while ago) and he makes the cutest face ever when the spoon comes towards his mouth!  We started him on the bananas today and he couldn't get enough lol

I am soo excited to get his 6 month pics done and now that he is feeling better, he should be all smiles!  Keep a look out for those coming soon =)

Nicks 1st trip to the ZOO!

Can I just say how much fun the zoo was!!!  Nick LOVED it!!  We went the first weekend of July.  It was super hot that weekend so we didn't want to go for too long...so we drove out to Rhode Island and went to the Roger Williams Park Zoo.  It was small which was perfect so we didn't have to stay all day!  Nick was just the cutest looking at the animals!  Here are just a few pics....

A Friendly Visit....

My friend RaShell and her Hubby and little boy came to MA to visit her family, so while she was here we were able to get together for lunch one day!!  It was sooo great to see her and the boys were so cute together!!  =)   Landen is almost 6 months older than Nick, so he was sitting in a high chair and little Nick wanted to be just like him....so Nick got to sit in a high chair for the first time!  Few blankets behind him (to keep him in place lol) and he just looked sooo cute!!  Glad we got to get together!!

Kris has waited for soooooooo long for them to win, that when they had the parade, there was no way I was getting out of going!!  lol  It was my first time on the "T"...can we say SMELLY and DIRTY!  I couldn't even believe how many people actually fit on it!!  Everyone going into Boston that day was on it.  BUT...it was pretty awesome to see the STANLEY CUP!  We had a great day even though it was HOT!!  Here are a few pics from the parade....enjoy!

Father's Day

This was Kris' first year as a DADDY!!!  It is amazing to see the father he has become and I have to admit, he is one of the BEST!  The love he has for his little boy is like nothing else =)  We woke up and gave Daddy his gifts and then we were off to a fun filled day!  First we BBQ'd with Kris' dad and then went over to Sue and John's (his dads best friends) and hung out with them and their family for a bit....they live across the street from Kris' dad.....and it was nice to visit with everyone!  Then we went to Kris' moms house to have dinner with her and Mark and her parents!  All in all it was a GREAT day and the best part, of course, was spending it with our little boy!!!

My sick little boy.....

Sleepy boy

This is the first time Nick has been sick.....it SUCKS!!  I feel so bad for him :(  He has been such a good boy though and just wants to cuddle with his mommy!  We went to the doctor and he should be fine in a few days...just got a stomach bug.  I just want my happy boy back!!  It looked like he was gaining weight and we would actually be out of the 8th percentile.....then he got sick....he is now in the 4th percentile and right under 14lbs....hopefully he will gain some weight again once he's feeling better!

is saying MAMA.....ALL the time now =)  I am beyond happy!!  He is most definitely a mamas boy!  Has not even attempted to say dada lol  Sorry Kris!  He also has a new laugh that of course is beyond adorable!  We have been having waaay too much fun....which explains the lack of blogging!  And as always with our busy but fun lives....we are off again! lol  I will try to do more blogging soon!
